Existing patients are asked to please contact the clinic through the patient portal or by calling 207-200-7738. This number is not equipped to receive text messages.  Portal messages and voicemails are checked periodically Monday - Friday, 8 AM until 3 PM.

Evergreen Psychiatric Care is not oriented to emergency care. Dr. Schwarz is often not immediately available. If you are suicidal, fear that you will do harm to yourself or others, suspect you are having a severe allergic reaction to a medication, or face a life-threatening emergency, please call "911" or go to the nearest emergency room.
